Face it, you fell off.

I know it.

I know it because I also fell off.

Were all trying to learn new skills, build new habits, and just generally improve.

However, sticking to a strict regimen is difficult.

I know how fun plans can materialize out of nowhere and try to knock you off track.

Dont let them.

I know how it feels to be tired at the end of the day and you really dont want to do anything.

You have to be stronger than the moments of weakness.

Dont let your current life get in the way of your future goals...

This morning, take a moment to think about your goals.

What were you doing to be better that you stopped doing?

Were you trying to read everyday?

To stretch more frequently?

Work out everyday?

Learn a new skill by practicing everyday?

Think about it and pick one.

This week, commit to it everyday.

Write it down and put 7 checkboxes next to it.

Make sure those boxes are checked next sunday.
